See the Paperwork First

Before you decide whether your district, umbrella school or evaluator will accept this programme, read what it produces. These are the three documents a family receives, rendered by the same code that renders theirs, for a fictional student in New York.

First page of the sample portfolio: the cover, with the student, age group, academic year, state, standards alignment and total hours, and the statute the portfolio is filed under.

Year-End PE Portfolio

The document a portfolio-review state asks to see. Twenty pages for a full year, and every one of them is written from the record rather than by the parent.

  • State compliance summary against the requirement on file, with the citation
  • Chronological activity log with dates, times and durations
  • Knowledge quizzes, reflection journals and skill rubrics as evidence
  • Home Combine results against cited reference bands
  • Carnegie credit calculation and a parent certification page

The sample log sheet: one page listing every September session with its date, time, duration, category and topic, the month's total, the year-to-date hours and credit, and a signature line.

One-Page Monthly Log Sheet

One month of the same record on one page, for a state that asks for quarterly reports or a superintendent who wants to see the hours rather than the whole binder.

  • Every session with its date, start and end time, duration and topic
  • Sessions this month and the running year-to-date total
  • Credit to date, with the formula and the state's hours-per-credit figure
  • Parent certification and signature line

PE Compliance Transcript

The course lines a high school transcript carries, with the hours and the state competencies behind each one, and a fingerprint anybody can check.

  • Course code, title, credits, grade and GPA for each line
  • Competency coverage against the state's own PE standards
  • SHA-256 fingerprint that /verify checks against the live register
  • The disclaimer every transcript carries, unedited

Verify the sample yourself

The transcript prints a SHA-256 fingerprint. Take it to the public verifier, paste it in, and the live register answers with the student, course, hours and grade it holds for that document. This sample is in the register, so the check succeeds. Alter one figure on the document and it will not. That is the whole mechanism, and it needs no account on either side.

An evaluator handed a real transcript does exactly this. Nothing about the sample is staged: it is the same endpoint, the same register and the same response.

Where the figures come from

Alex J. is invented; the documents are not. Each is rendered by the code that renders a real family's, from a written-out year of sessions built on the U16 curriculum's own lessons and the catalogue's own drills. The state facts on the cover, the compliance summary, the hours-per-credit figure and the standards framework are read from the same requirements registry the product reads for New York, and the fitness bands are scored against the same reference tables the Home Combine uses.

Your documents will differ in the ways you would expect. Your state's requirement, citation, reporting cadence and hours-per-credit will be your state's. Where the registry holds no researched figure for your state, the portfolio prints not researched rather than a plausible number, and the transcript says so too. Check what we hold for your state before relying on any of it.

A homeschool transcript is issued by the parent as the home school's administrator. Spatrian produces the documents and the record behind them; it is not a school and does not accredit anything. The disclaimer on the transcript says the same, and it cannot be removed.
