The Full Syllabus
Every unit and every lesson in the programme, for each age band we offer, with the standards each unit maps to and how the year is paced. Nothing here is a summary: it is the list.
What a week looks like
A lesson is a 55-minute plan a parent runs from the app, with the setup, the steps and the coaching points written out, and the Audio Coach to run it out loud. Most families split one across two sessions. Around it sit the skill drills from the catalogue, a conditioning session, and the weekly Season match, which is where the week's work gets used.
Every session is logged with its date, start and end time and what was done, so the hours below turn into the portfolio, the log sheet and the transcript without a second job of writing them up. The lessons carry the objectives; the record carries the hours; the state decides what it asks for. Check what your state asks for.
