Enough to cover the year you want, which is what this works out. Start from what you want to take home and what the year costs, divide by the hours you can really sell, and that is the least an hour has to bring in. Then look at what trainers near you charge: if your number is well under theirs you have room, and if it is well over, you need more hours, lower costs or a different mix of one-to-one and groups. This page does not know local prices, and does not guess them.
Because an hour that is booked and then cancelled earns nothing unless your policy charges for it. Losing one hour in ten means the other nine have to carry the year. If you charge for late cancellations, put a smaller figure in.
It can, and the group can still earn you more for the hour. The calculator shows the least each player can pay for the group to bring in the same as a one-to-one hour. You may want to set it above that, because a group is more to plan and to watch.
