Film One Skill.
Get Three Things to Practise.

Record ten to sixty seconds of your child on the ball. The analysis writes back what went well, what to work on, and three drills to try next, each one a drill your family can open and run. It is written for a parent with no coaching background, and nothing in it reaches your child’s record unless you put it there.

During the beta, video analysis is open to the families we invite to test it, with ten minutes a month. It opens to every family when the beta ends.

  1. Film one skillFrom the side, phone held still, the whole body and the ball in frame.
  2. Pick a focusFirst touch, dribbling, passing, shooting, juggling or defending, or none.
  3. Read the reportWhat went well, what to work on, and three drills to practise next.
  4. Keep what you chooseAdd a line to the portfolio, one at a time, or keep none of it.

Three short lists, about what is in the clip

Every report has the same three headings, with one point a bullet, so it reads in a minute and each line can stand on its own. It is about technique, body position and the choices your child made, as seen in this clip, and nothing it cannot see.

  • No score, no rating A number on a record reads as a measurement, and one clip is not one. The report describes; it does not grade.
  • Practise next points at real drills Each of the three suggestions names a drill from the curriculum where one fits, so the next session starts from the report.
  • You can steer it Choose a focus and the points stay on it. Add a note, such as “she has been working on her left foot”, and it is read with the clip.
Sample report · focus: first touch

What went well

  • Watches the ball all the way onto the foot instead of looking up early.
  • Meets the ball with a relaxed ankle, so it stops within a step.

What to work on

  • The standing foot lands very close to the ball, which leaves the receiving foot cramped.
  • Receives facing straight on, so the next touch has to go backwards.

Practise next

Written for this page to show the shape of a report. It is not from a real child’s clip.

In the portfolio only if you put it there

The report is filed under your child, for you to read again or delete. Each line has its own button to add it to the portfolio, and there is no “add all”. A line you add keeps the model’s wording, so every word in that section was written by a model and chosen by a parent.

Never a score

No rating on the report, and none on the form check. Nothing compares your child with anyone else’s.

Never hours

An observation is evidence, not a measurement. It logs no PE time, claims no state standard and earns no XP.

Never about their body

It is told not to comment on your child’s build, fitness or any risk of injury, and to say it cannot see rather than guess.

Never on its own

Nothing the analysis says is written to the record until you press the button beside it.

One frame, and the drill’s own coaching points

On a drill, freeze one frame of your clip and the drill’s coaching points become a checklist beside it. Answer them yourself, or ask for a suggestion: each point comes back as met, not met or can’t see, with one short reason, and stays a suggestion until you press Use this on it, one point at a time.

  • Only what a still can answer A drill whose skill happens across two moments says so and offers no frame check, and a dark or blurred frame is turned away with advice before any question is asked.
  • The frame is not kept Only your answers are saved. A suggestion costs one minute, and nothing if it fails.

A short clip of one thing gets sharper points

  • From the side, at hip height. Hold the phone still, landscape, about five steps away.
  • Whole body and the ball in frame the whole time, feet included.
  • One skill, 10 to 60 seconds. A short clip of one thing gets sharper points and costs a minute.
  • Good light behind you, not behind your child.

Who it is for, and where the clip goes

Thirteen and up

A child under 13 is kept on the record only. We accept no video of them, and nothing about them is sent to an AI service.

A parent runs it

A child’s own sign-in cannot spend the family’s minutes. The upload and the form check are a parent’s.

Deleted once it is read

The clip is deleted as soon as it has been analysed, unless you tick Keep this clip in the Skill Journal. Only the words are kept.

Processed by Google Gemini

Google acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use the video to train its general AI models. See the privacy policy, where you can also opt out of video analysis and keep everything else.

Charged by the clip, and only when it works

A clip is charged by its length, rounded up to the whole minute, so a short clip is one minute. The upload form shows the charge before anything leaves the phone, and an analysis that fails, or that a restart interrupts, costs nothing.

While the beta runs, video analysis is open to the families we invite to test it, with ten minutes a month on every plan. The plan allowances apply once sales open.

Included in every plan

Video analysis comes with every Spatrian plan, beside the record, the portfolio and, from the Family plan, the curriculum and the Audio Coach.
