Falcão
Falcão scored 48 goals at FIFA Futsal World Cups, more than any other player in the tournament's history. He won the world title with Brazil in 2008 and again in 2012, and when he left the national team he was the first player to score 400 international goals.
Their move: The sole roll
On a hard court a push runs away, so futsal players move the ball with the sole of the foot. Sole Roll Turns trains exactly that.
Coach’s tip: Let the sole stroke the top of the ball and come away. Stand on it and it stops dead.
Train it: Sole Roll Turns
Move the ball with the sole only, rolling it across the body and dragging it back to turn, the way futsal players keep it close on a hard floor. 10 minutes, one player; 1 soccer ball, 2 cones. Set-up, steps and coaching points.
