Their move: First touch

A goal like hers starts with the touch. Wall First Touch sharpens yours.

Coach’s tip: Get in line with the ball and let your foot give a little as it arrives, like catching an egg.

Train it: Wall First Touch

Pass into a wall and kill the returning ball dead with one touch, then play it back with the next. 10 minutes, one player; 1 soccer ball, wall or rebounder. Set-up, steps and coaching points.
